Her Body is an audio-visual performance. It is a journey through the female perspective on fertility and abortion, exploring the plight of women in a society of structural inequality. This work invites the audience to consider who controls her body and how it is objectified.

Wanxiao Chen is a multidisciplinary artist. Her exploration of self and critique of social events inspire her creative work. Her interdisciplinary background in film and computational arts enables her artworks to be presented in a variety of media such as installation, games, and performance, as well as to express themes through a narrative approach.Through her work she hopes to create connections with people and to reflect on the current social situation together.
