A new class of pathogenic with possibly off world origin infects most of the population causing a form of rapid mutation process. Everything starts to morph and transform. To categorize the ways the human body is changing, Britain launches the “Transmutation Registry” as a branch of the NHH, “New Human Health”. The screening and diagnose process is done on “Neogenesis Scanner” booths. The test consists on answering questions while the device looks for abnormalities in brain activity through eye scanning.

Leandro Niero is a Brazilian multidisciplinary artist. With a background in Advertising, their work examines totalitarianism, immigration, identity, fundamentalism and queerness. Their current practice relies on the subversion of corporate and governmental branding as a form of questioning the legitimacy of institutions and the power of capital.
